Payment Methods
Credit & Debit
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are handled through our professional, secure online portal to ensure a seamless project commencement.
Bank & ACH
For Heirloom commissions and substantial custom furniture projects, we offer bank transfer and ACH options. This method is preferred for transactions over $5,000 to maintain lower overhead expenses.
In-person
We value the tradition of personal trust. Clients visiting our workshop are welcome to pay via business check or cash. We can also process in-person payments during project delivery and installation.
Commission Deposits
Every custom build begins with a 50% non-refundable deposit. This formalizes your commission, covers the selection of heritage-grade lumber, and secures your project's timeline within our workshop schedule.

Final Balance
The remaining balance is due upon project completion. Once your piece has passed its final heritage inspection, we provide detailed photographs and issue the final invoice prior to transport or local pick-up.
Payment FAQs
Is my payment information secure?
We utilize industry-standard SSL encryption for all online transactions. Your financial data is processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways and is never stored on our local servers, ensuring your peace of mind.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the bespoke nature of our heritage furniture, commission deposits are non-refundable once materials have been sourced. Final payments are refundable only in the rare event of structural defects identified upon delivery.
How are late payments handled?
Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Balances remaining after 30 days may incur a modest late fee to cover administrative and storage costs, ensuring we can maintain our project schedule for all clients.
What happens after my payment is processed?
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated receipt. For custom builds, we will reach out within 48 hours to provide your final delivery timeline or shipping schedule as your piece prepares for its new home.
